T.Y.M.E. for H.E.R

My wish is that the world can slow down so that there is less stress around, and, within us. But there are some things we cannot change.

What you can do is make an honest choice to carve out time for yourself. This is important as most women I have counselled, can identify with the following:

  • Prioritize other people which means less time for herself

  • Struggle to take care of herself, because she is juggling work, children, marriage/relationship, managing her home, birthdays, holidays…well I don’t have to elaborate further, do I?

  • May have time for one area of her life but feels “off” in another area such as experiencing changes with her body, or feeling mentally frazzled, and/or lacks spiritual space to authentically heal & evolve.

The scenarios above can leave any woman feeling less confident, stuck in patterns that don’t serve her & feeling alone at times; let’s be honest: crying alone at times.

We know it’s important to self-care but why is it so hard to do?

Workshops & Gatherings

Sareeta hosts various women-focussed psycho-educational workshops. She creates a safe space for women to share their stories. Women will realize they are not alone in their journey.
